Seeking a clinic receptionist cum assistant for a TCM clinic providing consultation, treatment and retail services.
Responsibilities:
• Assist TCM physicians and health advisors during consultations, ensuring efficient patient care.
• Perform receptionist and administrative duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, answering phone inquiries, data entry, and filing.
• Provide basic information about TCM, healthcare, common ailments, and offer brief explanations of treatment plans and products.
• Conduct regular stock-taking of clinic supplies and coordinate with external vendors for logistics.
• Accurately update billing records and reconcile daily collections.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Potentially work across multiple clinic locations as needed.
• Be open to training for higher-level responsibilities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• GCE 'N' Level / GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting, or in healthcare product sales, is advantageous.
• An interest in and knowledge of TCM and healthcare is a plus.
• Healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Able to work during weekends and on shift work
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic IT knowledge and ability to assist with data entry and CRM systems.
