- Assist the sales team in preparing and processing quotes and applications.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports, records, and customer databases in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team to gather required information, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing paperwork, filing, and documentation.
- Marketing, to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience.
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge.
- Maintaining knowledge of financial products, industry regulations, and market trends to effectively promote them to customers.
- Perform basic office management tasks such as booking of meeting rooms etc.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
