Job Description: Ai Tong School is seeking a capable and friendly School Admin Support Officer cum Receptionist to manage administrative tasks and reception duties at the schoolâs general office. The contract will run from 2 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, with an option for renewal for another year in 2026. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and enjoy interacting with students, parents, and staff.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Working hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
  • Friday: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
  • No work required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
  • Perform general office administrative duties, such as updating records, managing documents, filing, and compiling statistics.
  • Handle reception duties, including answering phone calls, attending to visitors, and managing counter services.
  • Attend to sick students at the schoolâs sick bay and follow up with parents and teachers.
  • Handle incoming mail, parcels, and deliveries, ensuring they are distributed to the relevant parties.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager and School Leaders.

Requirements
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident only.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or customer service.
  • GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Knowledge of both English and Mandarin/Chinese will be an advantage as Ai Tong School is an SAP school.
  • First-Aid certification is preferred.
