Responsibilities:
- Response to online queries and coordinate with the relevant teams.
- Utilising system databases to execute routine membership related tasks and generate monthly membership and sales reports.
- Coordinate website/mobile app
- Conduct site testing, including User Acceptance Testing, mobile apps, websites, and promotions as needed to evaluate functionality and user experience.
- Assist in the creation, coordination, production of content for marketing materials.
- Manage database filtering reports including profiling of the customers for respective marketing campaigns/activities.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Communications, or related fields
- One year of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Forms
- Bilingual in both written and spoken
- Meticulous, detail and good organization skills
- Able to work independently and a good team player
