Responsibilities:

  • Response to online queries and coordinate with the relevant teams.
  • Utilising system databases to execute routine membership related tasks and generate monthly membership and sales reports.
  • Coordinate website/mobile app
  • Conduct site testing, including User Acceptance Testing, mobile apps, websites, and promotions as needed to evaluate functionality and user experience.
  • Assist in the creation, coordination, production of content for marketing materials.
  • Manage database filtering reports including profiling of the customers for respective marketing campaigns/activities.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Communications, or related fields
  • One year of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Forms
  • Bilingual in both written and spoken
  • Meticulous, detail and good organization skills
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
