Tasks & responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals through implementation of strategic business development activities in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
  • Develop and grow new partnerships and expand customer base.
  • Pitch, negotiate and execute sales and licensing contracts.
  • Managing partners to ensure full compliance on IP policies and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct business review with partners to ensure products and marketing plans are effectively implemented.
  • Ensure partners to pay and submit reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, business opportunities and threats.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, B2B sales or licensing.
  • Ability to negotiate and structure agreements.
  • Previous experience in Gaming/Entertainment industry will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language is advantageous intended for effective liaison with counterparts in Japan.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
