We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the Southeast Asia region.

Position Overview: The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and developing business strategies across Southeast Asia, specifically in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management and business development within the chemical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth in Southeast Asia.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and establish partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and identify trends.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the chemical industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in South East Asia.
  • Strong understanding of the business landscape and cultural nuances in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
