Role Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Product Executive to join Lam Soon Marketing team and drive innovative strategies that elevate our product presence in the market. Product Executive will craft compelling campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products truly stand out.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media.
  • Develop annual marketing plans and oversee A&P budgets to optimise resource allocation.
  • Analyse sales performance data and market trends to contribute to campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and industry developments to support marketing strategies.
  • Create insightful reports and presentations for management and sales team reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners including creative agencies and suppliers.
  • Work closely with product development team on packaging design, product enhancements and new product development.
  • Manage daily operations, including monitoring product inventory and responding to consumer feedback.

Requirements:

  • A passion for marketing and product management, with a creative mindset for developing innovative campaigns.
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG sector.
  • Good analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
