Job Overview

As a Strategic Management Associate at Ryde Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and business process improvements across various departments. Working closely with our senior management team, you will support strategic planning efforts, analyze business performance, and contribute to decision-making processes that shape the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with senior managers to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals.
• Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Project Management: Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and achieving business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Assist in setting performance metrics, monitoring KPIs, and preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies to enhance overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field with an excellent academic record.
• Experience: 2-3 years of full-time professional experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a related area.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to tasks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability: Fast learner who can thrive in a high-pressure, demanding work environment and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
