Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with established connections in the financial, insurance, and education sectors and a deep understanding of software product implementation in the local market. The Pre-Sales Executive will focus on developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to engage the financial, insurance, and education sectors in Singapore.
  • Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Forge and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in prospective accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to explore and capture new sales opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring favorable contract conditions for our company.
  • Remain up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Liaise with the post-sales team to facilitate a seamless transition and onboarding process for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, including pipeline status and forecast precision.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to the signing of the agreement.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically with SaaS or AI software solutions.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the financial, insurance, or education sectors.
  • Well-established network and relationships within the Singapore market, especially in the specified sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in explaining complex software solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven by results in sales.
  • Experienced in managing sales pipelines and utilizing CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience selling enterprise software solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
