Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with established connections in the financial, insurance, and education sectors and a deep understanding of software product implementation in the local market. The Pre-Sales Executive will focus on developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to engage the financial, insurance, and education sectors in Singapore.
- Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Forge and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in prospective accounts.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to explore and capture new sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring favorable contract conditions for our company.
- Remain up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Liaise with the post-sales team to facilitate a seamless transition and onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, including pipeline status and forecast precision.
- Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to the signing of the agreement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically with SaaS or AI software solutions.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the financial, insurance, or education sectors.
- Well-established network and relationships within the Singapore market, especially in the specified sectors.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in explaining complex software solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven by results in sales.
- Experienced in managing sales pipelines and utilizing CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling enterprise software solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Familiarity with the Singaporean regulatory environment for software implementation in the designated industries.
- Comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the SaaS and AI software market.
- Demonstrated capability to develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
