Partner with the best

The Lead Development Specialist – APAC for the Precision Sensors and Instrumentation (PSI) business the key link between external individual requests. This including various functions within PSI, especially Commercial and Customer Care.

As a Lead Development Specialist enables the employee to nurture relationships inside and outside the company by reaching out to known and new contacts in order to generate business opportunities and provide excellent customer service in the APAC region. You will be responsible for:

  • Initiating, build and maintain relationships with prospects and current PSI customers.

  • Providing information about products and services, and triaging non-commercially viable leads to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Keeping tracking and monitoring the lead life cycle until it's close/ cancel.

  • Contacting leads to discern if the lead is commercially viable, sending commercially viable leads to sales with a proper hand-off.

  • Monitoring the progress of previously passed leads(opportunities) and ensuring sales carry them through the commercial process in a timely manner.

  • Qualifying opportunities and route them to the correct Direct or Channel Partner according to business rules, through SFDC.com and Partner+

  • Performing research the new markets and build new partnerships, contacting, and qualifying outbound leads through outbound calling, social selling etc.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 yr in Marketing.

  • Have a minimum of 3 yr of previous customer service or sales experience.

  • Have sales and service excellence mindset; customer-focused approach.

  • Able to speak good English and at least one other language relevant to region (Japanese or Korean added advantage).

  • Have previous inbound or outbound calling experience.

  • Have professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers.

  • Able to work in a team or independently as required.
