Job Summary

We seek a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Executive to join our team, focusing on recruiting students for our Executive MBA program. This role involves extensive pre-sales activities, primarily through phone outreach to book information sessions with prospective students. Additionally, the Student Executive will support the recruitment team with marketing efforts, agent management, and other duties assigned by the Head of Student Recruitment.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a passion for sales, and be highly organized. This role is instrumental in driving lead generation and converting prospects into applicants for our prestigious Executive MBA program.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or recruitment, ideally in the education sector.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to engage with prospective students/customers through cold calling and other pre-sales activities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate the value of the Executive MBA program.
  • CRM Management: Proficient in managing and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of student leads and communication history.
  • Marketing Support: Experience in managing marketing materials and working with external agents.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital platforms for virtual recruitment events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in higher education recruitment, particularly for MBA or Executive programs.
  • Familiarity with the needs and preferences of working professionals considering advanced education.
  • Knowledge of event marketing strategies and agent relationship management.
