Job Description
- Supports the day-to-day operations of the building / condominium.
- Assist the Building/Condominium Manager to oversee the office administration and ensure they are with accordance to standard operating procedures/handbook.
- Handles inquiries, feedbacks, correspondence relating to the designated property
- Performs routine checks to ensure effective maintenance of the designated property.
- Ensure designated contract works/ routine servicing are carried out as specified in their contract’s agreement.
- Assist with reviewing of service agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.
- Execute tasks under the requirements of the BMSMA and By-laws
- Coordinate vendor meetings, council meetings and general meetings.
- Assist in preparation of circulars/notices for designated property’s notice board(s).
- Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/ Management
- Applicants must be willing to work 5.5days' work. (Alternate Sat upon confirmation)
- Preferably able to start immediately
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skill.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
- Good administrative and Computer literacy.
- Mature and outgoing personality.
