Responsibilities

  • Overall Supervision of technicians and handle matters escalated by them.
  • Scheduling and implementation of preventive and ad-hoc maintenance.
  • Procurement and renewal of term contracts, including tender preparation, evaluation and recommendation for award.
  • Supervise appointed term contractors to ensure that works are carried out as planned and according to contractual requirements.
  • Process work orders, inspect and verify completed works to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and make recommendation for payment.
  • Premise management
  • Administer the building management system and computerised facilities management system, if any, and collate data for management reporting.
  • Conduct regular audits of the building and M&E systems and assist the cluster manager in A&A, R&R, improvement and upgrading works to the systems.
  • Ensure systematic record of all critical documents essential for subsequent building operations e.g. fitting out plan and endorsement by client, as-built drawing, authorities' approval, defects checklist and rectification record.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Building services / M & E Engineering with min 2 years of working experience in managing office building or ITE certificate in M & E course with min 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certified will be preferred
  • Able to manage & lead a team of in-house maintenance staff and M & E term contractors
  • Preferably with good practical knowledge in ISO 18000 and 14000 matters
  • Good written & communication skill
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
