  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Primary Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the management of portfolio of clients within a designated sales territory and/or market segments
  • To be responsible for maximizing the business opportunities within the defined sales territory

Job Function

  • To implement all aspects of sales related activities such as planning, monitoring and measuring of customers within the defined territory
  • To be fully conversant with all products within the group. To manage a portfolio of clients within a designated market segments and to seek business for all hotels. To establish a network of contacts with sales colleagues in Singapore for business opportunities.
  • To keep in close touch with market regarding on competitive pricing, promotion, products, etc
  • To organize hotel and facilities familiarization tour for clients and potential customers
  • To be involved in all sales related activities like participation in sales roadshow/blitzes and attendance in trade function, trade shows and promotions as directed. To put into motion all sales lead. To implement programmes to win continued customer’s loyalty. To be responsible for the business opportunities within the defined sales territory in order to meet the sales targets set.
  • To vet the sales reports put up by sales personnel and consolidate such reports for submission to the General Manager
  • Timely preparation and submission of annual sales budget of management approval. To implement the sales budget when it is approved.
  • To develop productive sales relationship with all existing and potential customers. To manage key accounts effectively.
  • To manage the sale team within the guidelines established by the group
  • To be responsible for the team’s development and conduct people development review with the sales team members. To identify training requirements of each member of the sales team and to evaluate the effectiveness of training after implementation.
  • Exercising all reasonable care in safeguarding the hotel’s propriety information
