  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently looking for a new hire to provide statistical, research and administrative support to the Property Research Department.

The candidate will be involved in the conduct of market surveys, compilation of property market statistics, management of data portals, as well as liaison with IT vendors on data systems. In addition, the candidate will also help implement new processes to improve efficiency in data collection.

Requirements

· Diploma preferably in statistics, real estate, business administration, finance or other relevant fields

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI or other similar database management software

. Working experience in organisations that deal with data collection, publication and research will be advantageous

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team

· Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines

· Innovative and resourceful
