Sales Executive (销售执行员) (West/ Central) （分时度假/中央）

• Answering owner inquiries regarding the use of properties and local amenities, providing tailored recommendations based on owner background information. 回答业主有关物业使用和位置设施的问题；根据通过了解业主背景信息提出建议。
• Following up on referrals and leads from owners. 跟进业主的推荐/线索。
• Fulfilling requests from owners or prospects concerning pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information. 满足业主或潜在客户关于价格、物业地图、物业描述、房间位置和投资组合/网络信息的请求。
• Contacting owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals). 联系业主以监测满意度，告知即将推出的促销活动，并开发业务机会（例如，续购、推荐）。
• Developing and maintaining records of customer contacts to support effective follow-up. 开发并维护客户联系记录，并利用这些信息支持有效的跟进机会。
• Monitoring contract processing to minimize rescission decisions, ensuring comprehensive owner assurance and timely closings. 监控合同处理以减少撤销决定，提供全面的业主保证，并确保交易的及时性。

Requirements

• GCE O Level or higher. GCE O Level 及以上学历。
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales background.
  
  

Additional Information

• Working Days: Wednesday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM. 工作日： 周三至周五，下午 3 点至晚上 11 点；周六和周日，上午 10 点至晚上 7 点。
• Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by business needs. 必须愿意根据业务需要在周末和假期工作。
• Salary up to $3000 Basic with Commission. 薪资最高可达 $3000 基本工资加佣金。
• Proficiency in Chinese is preferred due to the nature of the work (dealing with Chinese clients). 由于工作性质（与中文客户打交道），会说中文者优先。
