  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently seeking a passionate and service-oriented Retail Executive who will be trained to become a Scent Designer. If you love perfumes and are a great salesperson, enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and a real creative experience, we’d love to meet you!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers, identifying their personality and their needs/desires for scents.
  • Product Knowledge: demonstrate expertise across all product categories and stay informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, and new launches.
  • Sales Excellence: Cross-sell and upsell products to achieve sales in line with targets.
  • Stock Management: Follow all stock management procedures and maintain the highest standards of PLV and display within our counters,
  • Merchandising: Oversee all merchandising and display of our gondola and make sure they meet our luxury standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail sales in duty free or boutique (at least 2 years)
  • Strong passion for perfumes, cosmetics, or make up and luxury goods
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-oriented
  • Team spirit
  • Fluent in Englis, Chinese will be a plus
  • need to have a work pass for Singapore
