Overview

As a Sales Engineer at Megrez, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by engaging with clients and stakeholders to open and close sales opportunities as well as manage accounts. You will be the face of our company, helping to communicate the value of our services and the impact they can have on the healthcare landscape. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of bringing more life-saving innovations to market.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Build pipeline: Attend/organize events, make connections, meet people.
  2. Open opportunities: Identify and prospect potential clients within the healthcare and medical research sectors. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, outreach, and market research.
  3. Scope and solution projects: Alongside our teams, scope projects and propose solutions to clients based on their needs
  4. Close opportunities: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate.
  5. Manage accounts: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Provide ongoing support, address any concerns, and identify opportunities. Work alongside project management to ensure consistent and constant client satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with internal team: Work closely with our product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and to stay informed about our offerings and industry trends.
  7. Track sales metrics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Use CRM tools to manage accounts and track performance against sales goals.
  8. Contribute to growth strategy: Provide insights and feedback from the field to help shape our sales strategy and improve our offerings.

Required

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors and in software service sales.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  3. A self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, allowing you to directly benefit from your sales performance and contributions to Megrez’s success.

Please note that this role comes with a six (6) month probationary period
