We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Business Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Millenia Search Consultants Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in our Raffles Place office, and will play a crucial role in supporting our management team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and general office duties
  • Assist with the organisation and execution of high-level meetings, events, and conferences
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and timely response
  • Help with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Contribute to the overall smooth functioning of the office by supporting various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
