Job Scopes:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Industry 4.0.
  • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., Industrial IoT, Data Analytics, Cloud) and their application in production processes.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, IT, and OT teams to align Industry 4.0 initiatives with business goals.
  • Translate business goals into a detailed digitalization roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop strategies for implementing advancements, considering cost-benefit analysis, system integration, and production impact.
  • Define program goals, tasks, and responsibilities within the Digital Transformation (DT) Team for successful execution.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure clear communication across all levels.
  • Work with senior leadership to align digitalization initiatives with the overall business strategy.
  • Track progress, address roadblocks, and develop solutions for smooth program execution.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of MES and ERP systems in manufacturing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Keen interest in working within the manufacturing sector.
