What you’ll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing HR records and files
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Helping to coordinate and organise HR-related events and training programmes
- Answering employee inquiries and providing HR-related information
- Maintaining and updating HR databases and documents
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Performing other general office administrative duties as required
What we’re looking for
- 2-3 years experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of HR practices and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
