What you’ll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing HR records and files
  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Helping to coordinate and organise HR-related events and training programmes
  • Answering employee inquiries and providing HR-related information
  • Maintaining and updating HR databases and documents
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Performing other general office administrative duties as required

What we’re looking for

  • 2-3 years experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good understanding of HR practices and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
