QT Curtains & Furnishing, a leading provider of custom curtains and blinds, is looking for motivated Outdoor Sales Consultants to expand our business and connect with new customers. If you are passionate about sales and driven to achieve great results, we want you to be a part of our growing team.

Position: Outdoor Sales Consultant

• Location: Kallang, Singapore
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new customers and expand the company's client base through cold calling, networking, and outdoor sales efforts.
• Present and promote our range of custom curtains and blinds to potential clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers and offer expert advice on product selection to meet their needs.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to drive company growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the company's CRM system.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively pitch solutions to customers.
• Language Requirement: Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.

Sales Targets and Compensation:

1. Monthly Sales Target – SGD $30,000
   • If sales are below SGD $30,000, you will receive:
     • Base salary of SGD $1,600 + 5% of sales profit.
   • If sales exceed SGD $30,000, you will receive:
     • Base salary of SGD $2,500 + 15% of sales profit.
   • If sales exceed SGD $50,000, you will receive:
     • Base salary of SGD $3,500 + 20% of sales profit.

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Work visa can be provided for this role
• Expected salary: $2,500 per month
