Duties

    1. Handle sensitive and confidential matters with high integrity, manage P-File, update employee records and maintain proper filing systems.
    1. Update and maintain employee’s leave matters and personnel records.
    1. Support employee onboarding and offboarding process.
    1. Prepare HR reports, leave and medical benefits administration.
    1. Co-ordinate training program with both internal and external stakeholders, to enhance employee skillset and learning development.
    1. Keep abreast of rapidly changing employment policies and regulations by local government.
