Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Working Location: Boon Lay, Singapore

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-the-job training to ensure new/existing staff is qualified for their jobs.
  • Create training programs for new/existing staff.
  • Prepare presentations, handouts, and learning materials.
  • Perform technical training tasks, such as:
    • Reviewing and modifying procedures
    • Troubleshooting
    • Resolving defects
  • Update and maintain training records.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits (e.g., ISO/FDA audits).
  • Suggest improvements to workmanship standards.
  • Adhere to safe working procedures and principles.
  • Report unsafe acts or workplace conditions.
  • Comply with the company’s Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Learning and Development, Facilitating Learning Development, or equivalent qualification (minimum 3 years of experience).
  • Proven experience in developing training materials and instruction.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
