Working Location: Boon Lay, Singapore
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform on-the-job training to ensure new/existing staff is qualified for their jobs.
- Create training programs for new/existing staff.
- Prepare presentations, handouts, and learning materials.
- Perform technical training tasks, such as:
- Reviewing and modifying procedures
- Troubleshooting
- Resolving defects
- Update and maintain training records.
- Coordinate internal and external audits (e.g., ISO/FDA audits).
- Suggest improvements to workmanship standards.
- Adhere to safe working procedures and principles.
- Report unsafe acts or workplace conditions.
- Comply with the company’s Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
- Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Learning and Development, Facilitating Learning Development, or equivalent qualification (minimum 3 years of experience).
- Proven experience in developing training materials and instruction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
