Responsibilities:
Provided information and assistance to residents and customers at the service counter.
Performed administrative tasks such as printing publicity posters, flyers, and tickets.
Assisted with public service inquiries on various government assistance schemes and available courses.
Managed incoming calls and addressed customer queries.
Completed additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min O Levels with relevant experience
Strong customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing excellent service.
Flexible and able to work on weekends and shift schedules.
