Job Description:

Estate Officer plays a crucial role in providing support, planning, coordinating and management of Environment, Transport, Telecommunication, Audio-Video and Event functions, ensuring relevant stakeholders receive timely and efficient services while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage Transport HA roster, preventive maintenance and inspection.

Manage event planning and execution such as setup, teardown & troubleshooting

Coordinate with external vendors and service partners such as building consultants, contractors, housekeeping and environment services partners.

Resolve technical issues or work with vendors to resolve interruptions to telecommunication

Ensure that testing and commissioning of the AV system, Environment, Telecommunication system and transport vehicles are properly carried out by vendors/ suppliers and tracking logs maintained for reporting purposes

Implement change initiatives and futureproof solutions for Environment, Transport, AV system and Telecommunication system.

Execute audit programs and Participate in site walks and follow-through with findings.

Manage/maintain relevant documentation and record minutes

To perform any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

Competency

Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others.
Strong analytical skills requisite for problem solving.
Good time management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
Comfortable to work in a ward and clinic setting.


Educational and Professional Requirements

Diploma holder in Engineering or IT-related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, computer systems/software used in multimedia production.
Good knowledge and experienced in managing audio visual equipment, PABX system, Videoconferencing System, Events and Telecommunication projects
