Sales Executive, Food Industry (North)

Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Sales Executive, Food Industry:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee accounts for traditional market customers, including coffee shops, wet markets, hawker stalls, and more.
• Handle daily customer orders, ensuring all orders are received by the ordering department and coordinating closely with the ordering team.
• Utilize specific software programs to manage the sales process effectively.
• Address daily customer service inquiries and complaints, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor customer payment terms closely, ensuring timely payments and preventing overdue amounts in line with contract agreements.
• Collect customer payments and ensure all accounts remain up-to-date.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Actively participate in sales team meetings and contribute to achieving team goals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level qualification.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in the traditional market (e.g., coffee shops, wet markets, hawker stalls, etc.).
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license (company transport provided).

Additional Information:

• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday Friday
• Salary: Basic Up to $3,500 + Allowance + Commission
