We're Hiring: Customer Service Agent - First Level Helpdesk (Singapore)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional first-call resolution for users contacting our public-facing hotline, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with internal support and product teams to resolve requests promptly.
- Ensure all incidents are properly documented, escalated, tracked, and followed up as required.
- Perform outbound calls to users requesting callbacks.
- Respond to customer emails and manage chatbot interactions, ensuring seamless communication.
- Handle the pressures of a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service under stress.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Customer Service Management and Contact Centre environments is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
