Qualifications:
Diploma in any discipline/GCE 'A'/'O' Level/Higher NITEC/NITEC in any discipline.

Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using various computer applications.
• Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work 3 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or in customer service is preferred but not required.
