Role Description

Are you an individual with a flair for sales and a love for education? Join us as a Centre Manager and take charge of both the growth and daily operations of our tuition centre. You’ll drive student enrolments, manage leads, and ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery. What you’ll do:

  • Drive Sales & Enrolment Growth: Be the face of our centre, managing enquiries and converting leads into enrolments. You’ll engage with prospective parents and students, showcasing the value of our programmes and hitting monthly registration targets.
  • Lead Operations & Administration: Take ownership of the centre’s daily operations, from managing registration processes to scheduling classes and ensuring that both students and staff have everything they need for a successful learning environment.
  • Foster a Collaborative Environment: Lead a small dedicated team of tutors and administrative staff, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. You’ll motivate and support your team to deliver the highest quality education and service.
  • Shape the Student Experience: Oversee the onboarding of new students, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed from day one. You’ll manage materials distribution, orientation, and the overall student experience.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with parents and students by being their go-to person for any concerns or queries. Your role in maintaining client satisfaction is crucial to our success.
  • Ensure Compliance & Excellence: Maintain high standards in the centre by ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Regularly report performance metrics to senior management and continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work with others and resolve conflicts
  • Polytechnic graduate or Bachelors degree.

4 weekdays & 1 weekend

Tuesday to Friday - 1pm to 830pm

Saturday - 930am to 530pm
