We are working with a financial service with strong presence in Asia to seek for an IT Service Management Lead to join their Singapore team
As the lead, you are responsible for leading and managing incidents, change, problem, and asset management processes.
You will need to drive all Major incidents to resolution, participate in incident meetings to review open incidents, document incident management processes and perform post-incident review
You are also responsible for problem management where you will run meetings to identify root cause, lesson learnt, and preventative actions.
As the lead, you are also responsible for change and release management process, and overseeing lifecycle of IT assets.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree
- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience
- MUST HAVE:
(a) Experienced in IT Service Management
(b) Good understanding in MAS TRMG
(c) Familiar with monitoring and alerting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
