  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Senior HR Director, SEA

  • Charterhouse, Singapore are working with a prestigious US organization to in their search for their newly created position of Senior HR Director to oversee the SEA Region to report into the VP of HR.
  • This role will manage a team of around 10 and will need someone who is highly innovative and comes from a strong MNC environment, ideally with prior exposure to supporting workforces of around 1000.
  • This will be a highly matrixed role with stakeholders based regionally and globally and will need a leader who is able to navigate ambiguity and is used to working in a fast paced constantly evolving environment.
  • They will be overseeing several business units and revenue streams, and this person will need to have a commercial mindset and take a results-driven approach.
  • This is a newly created position and will oversee all of the end-to-end HR functions including Talent, C&B, Operations and strategy and excellent communication skills is key.

Attributes

  • At least 8 years of HR experience ideally from a US MNC in a regional capacity
  • Proven leadership experience for HR teams supporting a headcount of at least 1000
  • Willingness to travel as needed
