A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Product Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of product innovation strategies to drive brand growth and market share
  • Market Research: Leverage relevant culinary trends as well as competitive landscape review to identify trends, unmet consumer needs, and comnpetitive landscape to inform product innovation
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the Pringles product portfolio, optimizing the mix to drive growth and profitability
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to bring new products to market
  • Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful execution
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse product performance, using insights to inform future innovation strategies
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for product innovation projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present product innovation plans and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders to get buy-in on and resources commitment

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, with a strong focus on product innovation
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of successful product launches
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics
