Senior Operations Project Manager

Position Summary:

The main role of the Senior Project Operations Manager is to provide robust project management and operational oversight in line with the business strategy and objectives. He/she will be leading teams of Project Managers, Engineers and Technicians to ensure smooth projects deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the Project Operations team, including Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors
• Ensure the proper full cycle deployment of projects.
• Responsible for the structure, growth and success of the Project Operations team
• Supervise the application and compliance with safety procedures on-site
• Ensure quality standards and processes are followed by all parties involved such as the Project Operations team, subcontractors and any other external partners
• Manage the projects with the team and ensure that the customer expectations, milestones and financial targets are met
• Work closely with the Project Integration team in charge of project studies
• Act as an interface between the Deployment team and the other departments
• Support in structuring, organizing and improving deployment processes

Required Education/Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with experience leading a team of Project Managers, Engineers and supervisors
• Experience from audio-visual, technology (hardware/networking), construction/ building, corporate office set-up, Architecture & Planning or related industry
• Experience managing installation of complex and technical projects
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and integrate new tools and processes easily
• Demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills
