Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine making and a passion for designing, testing, and commissioning innovative automation solutions. This role involves working on jigs, fixtures, and customized semi-automatic and fully automatic machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, debug, and commission the company's products, including jigs and fixtures, as well as customized semi and fully automatic machines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet functional and performance specifications.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed design drawings and specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of mechanical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Understand and implement machining processes in design.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least two years of experience in customized automation machine design.
- Experience in designing customized semi-conductors, connectors, or similar machine designs is preferred.
- Proficient in SolidWorks; familiarity with Pro-E and Inventor is an added advantage.
- Strong intuition in mechanical movement, function, and performance.
- Excellent spatial perception with a good understanding of 2D and 3D objects.
- In-depth knowledge of machining processes.
