  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hour

Work Type: 10-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $ 3,900 per month

What you will be working on?

  • To support the team on training sessions, club programmes, children and volunteer events, oversee administration, facilitation and logistics arrangement of each as well as execution. This would include giving presentations to our volunteers.
  • To liaise with club coordinators on arranging events and programmes.
  • To be in charge of clubs, by liaising with volunteers and/or staff from other organisations, updating them on relevant matters and visiting them where necessary. To have tactful skill to manage relationships with volunteers and their queries.
  • To do content development for the curriculum by coming up with activities suitable for children in reading and writing.
  • To write out lesson plans to describe the activities and to select picture books for the curriculum.
  • To do content development for activities which could include publicising library services etc.
  • To liaise with vendors on arranging events and programmes. To be able to manage the vendors by achieving the project expectations and timeline.
  • Contact vendors to assist the team in managing simple procurement for events and programmes.

What are we looking for?

  • Singaporean only
  • Minimum Diploma and above in Humanities field
  • Proficient in Microsoft software, children books and have experience with children
  • Able to converse in proficient English
