Job Description:

  • Partner with Sales to identify and understand the customer business objectives. Translate the business requirements into feasible solutions.
  • Involvement as Presales from engaging the customer, analysing the business objectives, develop strategy from leads opportunity.
  • Build the business acumen to develop technical solutions into business requirements with concise ROIs.
  • Collaborate with Sales to respond on technical specifications in tenders/RFPs/RFQs.
  • Deliver presentation on technical solutions to customers; technical sharing in seminar or webinar.
  • Conduct proof of concept and solution demonstration to customers to gain trust and confident of the proposal.
  • Resolve technical questions by analyzing and researching on the problems to draw upon competitive knowledge to position favorably against competition.
  • Ensure smooth transition of solutions on services from Presales team to Deployment team.
  • To stay abreast of new technologies and market offerings that may be of business needs to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the IT System Integrator (SI) environment.
  • Proficient in multi-tiered IT architecture solution design, Enterprise IT Infrastructure solution architecture.
  • Possess strong foundation of cloud and infrastructure framework with hands-on experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, Virtualization, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Storage, Server Consolidation, Data Protection (Enterprise Backup), Firewall Management, and Network Security.
  • Possess any certification of the above technologies.
  • Demonstrate leadership and great interpersonal skill to initiate and execute internal and external stakeholders in solution discussion.
  • Passion and desire to acquire new technical knowledge and keep abreast of latest trend in technology and business solution
