  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist to centrally manage the fund and monitor the fund status of the company and its subsidiaries, monitor and authorise the setup, modification, strike-off and usage of the bank accounts to ensure fund safety;
  • Responsible for processing trade and non-trade non-LC payments for all bank accounts of the company;
  • Responsible for processing all types of staff claims;
  • Update relevant completed payment details into OA system;
  • Cooperate with internal and external audit related work;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Finance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Finance/ Accounting/ related field or equivalent, preferably part qualified ACCA;
  • 2 - 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in energy trading industry;
  • Excellent people skills and communication skills;
  • Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
  • Good organisational, time management skills and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents and presentations whenever appropriate).
