Responsibilities

• Partner with all departments to drive solutions, improve business procedures and infrastructure
• Review and work with the business and support units to improve processes and systems
• Drive solutioning for the automation in the risk and control monitoring processes
• Support the ongoing risk monitoring and governance processes and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve ad-hoc issues
• Generational AI testing and setup
• IT Security governance and monitoring

• Prior experience or coursework in IT or business is preferred but not required
• Skills in the Microsoft Office suite is preferred (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills and confident in speaking up
• Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willing to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines
