About the Digital Education Council

The Digital Education Council brings together universities and corporates with a shared vision of revolutionising the world of education and work through technology and collaboration.

The Digital Education Council (DEC) has been established to help address the impact of AI and other burgeoning issues. DEC was launched in March 2024 and now counts over 60 higher education institutions as its members and is growing rapidly.

Initiated by SuperCharger Ventures, the world’s largest EdTech-only accelerator, the Digital Education Council serves as a platform for sharing experiences, exploring new technologies, and driving positive change in the world of education and work.

The Job

We are looking for a Research Associate Intern who can support DEC research efforts and build world-class briefings and reports. This is a hands-on role. As we grow, you may have the opportunity to rapidly advance inside an organisation with true global reach.

You will work closely with the CEO and President of the Digital Education Council and with people in our offices in London and Malta.

The position is a 12 to 24 week internship starting in Jan/Feb 2025 with possibility of conversion to Full Time Associate upon successful completion of the internship.

Responsibilities include

  • Conduct market research to identify new trends in higher education globally
  • Contribute to DEC briefings and reports
  • Source and analyse high-potential EdTech and AI startups
  • Support the creation of leading educational content on Education, EdTech, and AI
  • Create thought leadership pieces for our blog and social media
