  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Owners to co-ordinate execution of EUC operations
  • Co-ordinate across operations teams across different products to deliver EUC services
  • Develop and co-ordinate change, release, incident and problem management processes across teams
  • Co-ordinate incident response and recovery across reporting to management
  • Oversee overall service delivery ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met
  • Drive improvement in operational effectiveness by enhancing monitoring, automation and closing process gaps.

Requirements

  • Min 10 years of extensive experience managing EUC operations (endpoint mgmt. and security), preferably Entra-managed devices in large enterprises
  • Familiarity with SSE and networking in large enterprises
  • Experience in DevOps and SRE implementation preferred
  • Must be comfortable with a 5-year Direct Contract (with perm benefits)
