Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers to gather customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Conduct testing on product enhancements.
  • Support product launches, including documentation and communication materials.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings, providing input on product discussions.
  • Work with design and development teams to ensure clear communication of product requirements.
  • Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Help with operational functions, such as installing hardware and software for clients.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting to address client issues and ensure smooth product functionality.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Strong interest in product management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders across local markets.
  • Prior experience or coursework in product management, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Only full-time interns will be considered.
