Our client, a leading organization, is looking for a proactive and highly skilled Personal Assistant to support the Chairman and their family. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry, and will demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman and family members.
- Manage calendars for the Chairman and family, coordinating appointments, dining arrangements, travel plans, and meetings.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotels, visas, and private jet charters if required.
- Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, setting up equipment, taking minutes, and sending reminders.
- Act as the main point of contact between the Chairman and other stakeholders.
- Travel domestically and internationally with the Chairman or family members when needed.
- Address requests, feedback, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle expense claims and make online purchases for the Chairman and family.
- Coordinate with drivers and manage transport arrangements.
- Run personal errands for the Chairman and family when necessary.
- Collaborate with other PAs, especially those based overseas, as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and other office work.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the real estate industry or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly independent with a positive outlook.
- Willingness to work late or during weekends when required.
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives is essential.
