Order Fulfilment (Customer Service Officer)

Responsibilities

Customer Order Management and Processing

• Ensure monthly sales targets are met by ensuring the accuracy of processing customer orders and adequate supplies are available for invoicing.
• Respond to all incoming orders with confirmation and product lead time
• Ensure orders are processed to 3PL for dispatch/pick-up.
• Ensure commercial invoices,DO, packing lists and export documents available.
• Arrange Chamber of Commerce COO & Form E with agent as required.
• Monitor credit and payments prior to customer shipments, maintain customer deposits record.
• Update stock and order status with customers.

Supplier Order Management and Processing

• Monitor stock levels
• Process purchase orders
• Communicate with suppliers with regards to stock availability, ETD and ETA, and update internal records, staff and customers accordingly
• Ensure import documents for import/export customs process
• Schedule pick-up from suppliers and liaise with forwarders and carriers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or studying) supply chain or logistics operations
• Not less than 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and order fulfillment experience in an import/export business in Singapore
• Customer focused and Team player
• Self-started and hands-on
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic Knowledge of MS Excel / Work & ERP (NetSuite, Dynamics or similar).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, other Asian languages highly advantageous

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
