About The Team

The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee and SeaMoney by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s and SeaMoney’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate learning programs (e.g. new hire onboarding, leadership development programs) from end to end
  • Coordinate with stakeholders from regional & local HR teams to roll out learning initiatives
  • Gather and analyse learning needs across different functions and markets.
  • Using Learning Management System to monitor and track learning effectiveness
  • Design and deliver general skills trainings (e.g. Problem Solving, Communication, Stakeholder Management)

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR/Management Consulting
  • Demonstrated strength in project management, problem-solving, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and effective written and verbal communication, is a must
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with a dynamic environment and navigating ambiguity
  • Content development and facilitation experience is a plus. Experience with general skills topics (e.g. Problem Solving, Communication, Stakeholder Management) is a plus - through content development, training and hands-on experience
  • Experience working in large technology companies is a plus
