Roles & Responsibilities:
The role requires an individual with pleasant and outgoing personality who strives to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service
Assist Duty Manager on the daily operations of the outlet
Able to greet customers promptly (in Japanese) in a warm and friendly manner
Attention to detail and being proactive will be crucial to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience
Ensure SOP and compliance is adhered.
Your Day-to-Day:
Ensure daily opening and closing duties are properly executed
Ensure outlet is clean, tidy and organised at all time
Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service base on Saboten work standard
Anticipates any unexpected guest needs and reacts promptly and tactfully
Ensure the appearance and maintenance of the outlet is always at the highest level, (neat, cleaned, and tidy)
Manage stock levels of food, beverages and other related utensils and cutleries
Upsell both beverages and seasonal menu to increase revenue
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors due to business requirement
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least 5 years relevant experience in same capacity
Team player with strong analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
Good customer service attitude, eye for detail and good problem-solving skill
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure in fast-paced environment
Able to commit shift work, weekends, and public holidays
