  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We work on the latest AI technologies such as embedded AI agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and machine learning models to help humans analyze data better without learning how to code.

We are looking out for a Product Design Lead to help accelerate our product development. The responsibilities include gathering user requirements, conducting user research and usability tests, and constructing detailed user journey flows. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with owning the design of a product with multiple feature flows, working closely with engineers, doing customer discovery, diagramming, design and wireframe tools.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Create simple product requirement documents and user stories
  • Craft detailed user flows and customer journey maps
  • Conduct user interviews and usability tests
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Create product tours and demo videos to showcase the platform’s features
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure your designs come to life in the way you want it to be

Requirements and skills

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product or UIUX Designer or similar role
  • B2B software experience (CRM, Accounting, ERP software) is a bonus
  • A strong and independent ownership mentality as you will be treated like a cofounder
  • A well-organized mind
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Strong competency in Figma and product tour / video capture tools like Loom, Arcade.software, Navattic or similar tools
  • Familiarity with frameworks
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills
