This role will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities by prospecting and nurturing leads.

You will play a critical role in building the top of the sales funnel and establishing the foundation for long-term sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social media to generate leads.
  • Understand the company’s offerings and be able to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
  • Conducting client meetings and providing support, information and tailored solutions.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
  • Attending business conferences and meetings
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to optimize team performance.
  • Driving sales growth and ensuring the profitability of accounts.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality and goal-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
