This is a newly created role as part of a HR Talent Management COE team working closely with the CHRO to implement an in-house TA model supporting our harmonized businesses initially in Singapore then across SEA and potentially globally.

You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team to meet the Group’s hiring needs. Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Hiring Manager, you will provide advice on Talent Attraction strategies and best sourcing strategy with the overall objective of reducing time to hire and agency spend.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for assigned open positions, collaborating with business units to meet hiring goals.
  • Build solid partnerships with HR business partners and hiring managers.
  • Share insights on local markets, talent pools, and recruitment trends.
  • Maintain LinkedIn with open roles and manage incoming talent pipeline
  • Utilize LinkedIn for proactive talent sourcing and outreach
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, managing the selection process through to working with HR Operations to extend offer.
  • Work with HR Business Partners and the business to identify preferred external agency providers, negotiated terms and manage the preferred supplier list.
  • Ensure roles are posted on alternative jobs boards as appropriate to attract the right talent and ensure legislative compliance, including but not limited to advertising requirements for foreigner hiring
  • Maintain accurate date on time to hire, return on investment of hiring initiatives and recruitment spend
  • Use recruitment data to track effectiveness, ensure transparency, optimize processes, and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Contribute to best practices, enhance the organization's reputation through marketing efforts, maintain a positive candidate experience, and comply with legal requirements.
  • Day to day management of a TA Executive, assigning duties as required as well as developing, coaching and supporting their performance

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience successful in house talent acquisition professional with proven track record of reducing agency spend while improving time to hire
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels, strong business acumen, and robust negotiation and networking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in full cycle recruiting and sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and job boards is necessary.
  • Proven leadership skills are also needed, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to meet recruitment objectives.
  • The ideal candidate should be driven and passionate, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Use of Linkedin Recruiter functionality is essential
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently and interact effectively with stakeholders to achieve service excellence
  • This role will be office based in Singapore Suntec
  • Excellent command of English
  • An additional SEA relevant language would be advantageous
  • Singapore Citizen, PR or other right to work candidate applicants only – no visa sponsorship is offered for this role
