Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of store people in warehousing and daily operations.

• Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.

• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standards and guidelines.

• Plan warehouse operations

• Prepare inventory reports and in charge of stock count.

• Prepare reports and assign jobs to staff

• Plan schedules and coordinate with part-time staff.

• Delivery of goods to assigned locations

• Loading and unloading of stocks

• Package goods for shipment or storage

• Responsible for safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods/materials

• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times and efficiency

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager/Director

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse (Retail/E-Commerce industry)

• Must possess O-Level or Diploma in relevant disciplines

• Able to perform work with minimal supervision

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to safely handle loading and unloading goods.

• Physically fit and healthy as manual labor is required.

• Knowledge of general warehousing procedures is essential

• Attention to detail and sense of urgency are needed.

• Independent and proactive

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willing to support OT or work on PH if necessary
